Environments
Cargo runs one gateway per country, plus a shared dev environment for integration work. Develop and test against dev, then switch the base URL to your country when you go live.
| Environment | SDK value | Base URL |
|---|---|---|
| Dev | dev | https://microservices.dev.rappi.com/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Colombia | co | https://services.grability.rappi.com/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Mexico | mx | https://services.mxgrability.rappi.com/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Argentina | ar | https://services.rappi.com.ar/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Uruguay | uy | https://services.rappi.com.uy/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Brazil | br | https://services.rappi.com.br/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Chile | cl | https://services.rappi.cl/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Costa Rica | cr | https://services.rappi.co.cr/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Ecuador | ec | https://services.rappi.com.ec/api/cargo-api-gateway |
| Peru | pe | https://services.rappi.pe/api/cargo-api-gateway |
tip
The SDKs resolve the base URL from the environment option, so you rarely need to write these
URLs yourself. You can still override it with baseUrl (TypeScript) or base_url (Python), for
example to go through a proxy.
Dev is for integration work
Orders created in dev are real records in the dev environment. Don't point load tests or automated suites at production.
