Cargo by Rappi lets you create and track deliveries, manage your stores and users, and handle returns, all from your own systems and without opening the Cargo portal.
Two ways to integrate

Both talk to the same API, so you can start with an SDK and drop to raw HTTP for a single call (or the other way around) without changing anything on Rappi's side.
What you can do
- Orders: validate coverage and ETA, create, track, mark ready for pickup and cancel.
- Picking points: register your stores, list them, find the nearest to a coordinate, manage checkin codes.
- Users and roles: create users and assign them a permission group.
- Returns: confirm a cash-order return so the courier's debt is cleared.
Before you start
- Ask your Rappi Cargo KAM (Key Account Manager) for a
user-token. See Authentication. - Integrate against the dev environment first. See Environments.
